Feel Better was created to offer something different from traditional gyms. We wanted to build a space where people feel welcome, supported, coached, see and safe.
Our mission is simple: To help people feel better in their bodies and live stronger, healthier lives through expert
coaching and genuine human connection. We believe fitness should be personal, professional, and sustainable — not extreme or intimidating.

Robson has a background in elite sport, having worked with International Rugby teams, Formula 1 drivers, tennis players, Olympic & Paralympic athletes, and more.
For the past 6 years, he has been based at the world-renowned SHA Wellness Clinic in
Alicante, working with high-profile clients including royalty, celebrities, singers, actors, models, CEOs, and entrepreneurs.
Robson’s vision is that the same principles and science used to train elite athletes should
be applied for everyone — adapted to each client, their body, and their goals.
He focuses on finding the middle ground between what clients want to do, what their body can do, and what they should do — all while preventing injury and unnecessary pain.
Born in the United Kingdom but raised in the Costa Blanca, Robson has also travelled the world with his work, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client.

Kirsty is passionate about helping her clients feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of life.
As an experienced personal trainer, yoga teacher, and women’s health coach, she specialises in supporting women through the unique anatomical, physiological, and psychological considerations that come with female health and hormonal change — areas often overlooked in mainstream fitness.
She helps clients build sustainable fitness and wellness habits, particularly through the
challenges that can accompany menstrual health, hormonal shifts, and menopause.
Kirsty has worked with thousands of women worldwide, offering guidance not just on
movement and training, but also on:
• Cyclical living
• Managing weight through menopause
• Understanding how menstrual disorders affect performance
Her coaching approach is rooted in education, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to help women feel their best — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
