At Feel Better – Your Personal Gym, our classes are designed to do more than just give you a workout. Each session is carefully programmed and fully coached to help you move better, build strength, and improve your overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Minimalist Gym Room

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our Group Functional Fitness classes are mixed sessions designed to suit a wide range of
ages and abilities. Each workout is carefully programmed and coached, with exercises selected to benefit the group as a whole. Every movement can be adapted — made easier or more challenging — to
ensure that everyone trains at the right level for them.


These sessions focus on building real-world strength through functional movement patterns
such as
squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Alongside the physical benefits, our classes offer something just as important — community. You’ll train in a supportive, encouraging environment where hard work and enjoyment go hand in hand.

STRONG MEN'S CLUB

Strong Men’s Club is our dedicated evening training session designed specifically for men who want to build strength, improve fitness, and train with purpose. These sessions follow a functional training approach, focusing on:


• Compound lifts
• Strength development
• Conditioning
• Practical movement patterns


Expect structured programming, proper coaching, and progressive training, with the added benefit of training alongside like-minded men who support and challenge each other. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve performance, increase resilience, or simply stay fit as you age, Strong Men’s Club provides a focused environment to do just that.

YOGA FLOW

Our Yoga Flow class is a slow Hatha-based session designed to help you slow down,
reconnect, and reset.
This is not a power or fast-paced class. Instead, we move mindfully through each posture, focusing on breath, body awareness, and understanding how each pose feels for you. The emphasis is on:


• Quality of movement
• Controlled transitions

• Breath awareness
• Building gentle strength and mobility


Suitable for all levels (including beginners), this class offers options and guidance so you can
move at a pace that feels right for your body. An hour to move, breathe, and leave feeling
calmer, more mobile, and more in tune with yourself.

STRETCHING & MOBILITY

Our Stretching & Mobility class is designed to help you move more freely, improve range of motion, and support overall joint and muscle health. In this guided session we focus on:


• Gentle controlled stretches
• Mobility exercises
• Techniques to release tension
• Improving flexibility and movement quality


Whether you’re looking to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, improve posture, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, this class provides the tools to move better every day. Take an hour to unwind, restore, and leave feeling looser, lighter, and more capable.

Robson has a background in elite sport, having worked with International Rugby teams, Formula 1 drivers, tennis players, Olympic & Paralympic athletes, and more.


For the past 6 years, he has been based at the world-renowned SHA Wellness Clinic in
Alicante
, working with high-profile clients including royalty, celebrities, singers, actors, models, CEOs, and entrepreneurs.


Robson’s vision is that the same principles and science used to train elite athletes should
be applied for everyone
— adapted to each client, their body, and their goals.

He focuses on finding the middle ground between what clients want to do, what their body can do, and what they should do — all while preventing injury and unnecessary pain.


Born in the United Kingdom but raised in the Costa Blanca, Robson has also travelled the world with his work, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client.

Kirsty is passionate about helping her clients feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of life.


As an experienced personal trainer, yoga teacher, and women’s health coach, she specialises in supporting women through the unique anatomical, physiological, and psychological considerations that come with female health and hormonal change — areas often overlooked in mainstream fitness.


She helps clients build sustainable fitness and wellness habits, particularly through the
challenges that can accompany
menstrual health, hormonal shifts, and menopause.


Kirsty has worked with thousands of women worldwide, offering guidance not just on
movement and training, but also on:


• Cyclical living
• Managing weight through menopause
• Understanding how menstrual disorders affect performance


Her coaching approach is rooted in education, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to help women feel their best — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
